Tariff

The only cost involved is the shipment of the product you have purchased, from your address in the United States to your address at home. There is no subscription fee for being listed with the EZBuyUS website.

The fee of our service includes the airfreight charge of sending your shipment to your country, custom clearance, and the home delivery of your shipment. VAT and taxes are not included. The cost is $6.99 per pound (450 grams), with a minimum charge of 5 pounds- $35 minimum

EZBuyUS gives you the option of assembling shipments in our warehouse in order to reach the minimum weight of 5 pounds per shipment ($35). If you wish to combine shipments PLEASE contact us.

The charges for the shipment are calculated using a weight/volume ratio, using the higher of the two.
All charges will be debited to the credit card, which you provide during the registration process to the EZBuyUS service.

A detailed explanation of the charges debited to your credit card will be sent to you via the postal service.

To calculate volume, you must multiply the length, width, and height of the box in inches. (Inch = 2.54cm) and then divide the number by 166.

Insurance:

All of the shipments made by EZBuyUS are automatically insured for the sum of $20 per kilogram. If your package is worth more than that, you may add insurance. The insurance fee is $1.50 for every $100 up to the value of a $500 package and $1.25 for every $100 up to the value of a $5000 package. For an item with higher value, please contact our customer service.

Please Note: THE MINIMUM SHIPMENT that we will send out is 5lbs. This means that if we receive an item for you that is under 5lbs, we will send it out and charge you for 5lbs worth. If you would like us to hold a light package here until you get more shipments for us to combine it with, PLEASE contact us to let us know.
